Hello. I think I got it but since I've never done this I figured I'd ask. I narrowed my channel down to 28" SERIES 390 CHANNEL BALANCE with the 2740 option. (28-inch/pd/Series-390-Channel-Balances/S390-28) I measured my shoe and it's 1 1/16. I saw 15-002 measures the same. My channel is 9/16" x 28" ... (cont.)

Good morning, I am trying to replace this channel balance for my home that was built in 1996. From metal end to metal end it is 28 inches long. the window is 30.5 inches high by 48 inches wide

Hi, The channel balance springs have broken on two windows and I suspect two more will probably fail soon. I plan to purchase (4) pairs of channel balances. These are stamped with BSI 2730. The aluminum rail is 28" long. Please advise on replacement parts. Thanks! Linsey

Is this a 390? It is 28 inches long and the stamped number is 2740. It looks like your replacement part does not have a rolled edge. Does that make a difference?

For Alenco windows. The metal is 28 1/4 inches long. I will need 14 window channel balances and also 20 take out clips (in case I break some clips trying to install them). Have attached photos. Need part numbers and prices to place order.

Hello! We are trying to track down some parts for our older Alenco windows. we had some glass replaced and we think they broke the balance when that happened since the windows won't stay open. Can you assist us in tracking down what we need? Thank you sooo much!!! Lorie

The string on my balance broke and I am looking for a replacement. I cannot seem to figure out which would work best. It is 1/2" x 28". The markings say 2712 BSI RE. Can you please recommend a replacement?

Based on the ends of the window balances, I am not sure of which are the correct parts... the sashes weigh approx 18 Lbs... Please help... Thanks John

We purchased 24 of your S390-28, option 2740 balances. They are much thinner than our original balances (see attached photos of our balances next to yours). Can you help us with these replacements?

how heavy is a 4-0X2-6 window

The original channel balance is stamped 27 4 FW CMC 10 (IMG_3474, 75, 76). I believe the correct one is the 28" Series 390 Channel Balance with the 2710 option? Also I need two top sash guides (IMG_3471 and 3472) which I can not seem to find. Thanks, Ted

Am not sure what to order. My balance is stamped 2790 BSI vertically and then a small DE and a large 32 . Please advise . I need 4 of them.
