S390-28 28" Series 390 Channel Balance

Channel length is 28", as it should be...

My Superior Window need to replace 2 balancers and I couldn't locate the correct parts. I took the balancer out to measure the Top is 19-002, the shoes I'm not sure it is 15-001 or 15-002 because it measures 1 1/16" width, the length is 24" metal only, the sash weighs 20 lbs. good morning looking for the correct parts I can see in the balance in one I can see 2740 BH BSI, and the other balance only I mark 2740, I am ready to place a order, how much is the shipping for two balances and what is the return policy?

I have a home approx. 14 years old with non-tilt windows and need to replace a couple channel balances. The stamp says 2790 BSI NN 30. I have not been able to find this exact match. Appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you.

I've attached pictures of the 29" (measurement includes both plastic end pieces) assembly I need. You can clearly see the number 2730 P and it's from the left side of an Alenco single hung window. Please tell me your part number for the channel balance parts to repair an Alenco single sash window. The channel is 28 inches long and 1/2 inch wide. 27C is stamped on the channel. Also BSL is stamped on the channel. The window was originally installed in 1985

These are from Alenco, early 80's, the bottom piece is missing on all six assemblys's.

I need a pair of window balance rods. They have the number 2740 stamped on body. Also says BSI and JL. The metal body is 28 & 1/16" long. The channel is 1/2" wide.Is this a S390-28?

I am going too order some balances for nuprime seasonal all replacements. I think they are 390.However some of them are 28.5 inches. Are they available or do I need to get 28 or 29. Thanks
