Hello, I am looking into replacement balances and clips for my windows. I can not remove the balances as the clips seem to be broken and therefor I can not get the balances out. how heavy is a 4-0X2-6 window

The original channel balance is stamped 27 4 FW CMC 10 (IMG_3474, 75, 76). I believe the correct one is the 28" Series 390 Channel Balance with the 2710 option? Also I need two top sash guides (IMG_3471 and 3472) which I can not seem to find. Thanks, Ted

Am not sure what to order. My balance is stamped 2790 BSI vertically and then a small DE and a large 32 . Please advise . I need 4 of them.

I have 6 Windows I need parts for. 2 Windows are 28 inch and I need the balances for those so 4 of them. I come up with part number S390-28. The sash weighs 25 lbs. the feet on my window are 1-1/8. My Superior Window need to replace 2 balancers and I couldn't locate the correct parts. I took the balancer out to measure the Top is 19-002, the shoes I'm not sure it is 15-001 or 15-002 because it measures 1 1/16" width, the length is 24" metal only, the sash weighs 20 lbs. good morning looking for the correct parts I can see in the balance in one I can see 2740 BH BSI, and the other balance only I mark 2740, I am ready to place a order, how much is the shipping for two balances and what is the return policy?

I have a home approx. 14 years old with non-tilt windows and need to replace a couple channel balances. The stamp says 2790 BSI NN 30. I have not been able to find this exact match. Appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you.

I am attempting to order New Window Channel Balances of the 1/2" or the 28" long balance with the 2730 stamp on it but I am not sure which type of footing I need to have to match. I've attached pictures of the 29" (measurement includes both plastic end pieces) assembly I need. You can clearly see the number 2730 P and it's from the left side of an Alenco single hung window. Please tell me your part number for the channel balance parts to repair an Alenco single sash window. The channel is 28 inches long and 1/2 inch wide. 27C is stamped on the channel. Also BSL is stamped on the channel. The window was originally installed in 1985

I have some broken balances, and I would like to replace them with upgraded parts. The balance is 28 inches long, 1/2 inch wide and has the number 27D stamped on it. I can't tell the window brand, but i think they are vinyl.

Hello, I just wanted to confirm prior to ordering: I believe I have a series 390 balance after comparing and measuring my existing parts to the tops and shoes on your site.
