Hi, I am looking to pick up a couple Alenco Windows channel balances (number 2740). The steel measures 28" and it is about 1 more inch for the other plastic parts. Can you tell me what part to order (with all the plastic parts and spring, etc included). thanks. Doug

The channel (metal only) is 28". The width is 9/16". I think this is a series-351, but I have no idea what weight to get. The picture labeled "stamp" shows the stamp which says "27 9 FP Caldwell". I'm looking for a new channel balance for a window. It measures .5 in wide and 28 in long. I've attached some pictures to help identify the proper replacement. I think S390-28 is the correct one. Any help is appreciated.
