hello I am looking to replace two balances as one is broken I am puzzled by the 30C marking as the steel channel measures 31 inches so i am not sure whether to choose a 30 or 31 inch channel....any suggestions

Single hung vinyl window. Part stamp is 3030 BSL It appears to be a 1/2 inch channel. What would the spring # be? It appears to one of your first listed channel spring shown on your page.

I have a 31" channel balance that I need to replace. I believe that it would be one of your Series 390 balances (S390-31). It has a 1 1/8" width bottom shoe. The only marking on it is 3016, I don't know which 30XX to order. The window measures 34 1/4" wide by 32 1/2" high. It weighs 25 pounds. ... (cont.)

I need to replace the complete assembly in 3 windows, so 6 of each Channel/guides/balance. The windows are approximately 24 years and the assemblies might have been replaced by a handy person in the past so I am not sure the pictures are the original hardware or the replacements.
