S390-31 31" Series 390 Channel Balance

I have a broken balance that I'd like to replace. It's 1/2" wide and 31" long. It has "30-4 AP5 CMC 43" printed on the metal in blue ink. I think it's the Series 351. The bottom shoe looks like it's 1 1/8" deep.

This balance is imprinted 30 C 3.S.I. The metal case seems to be 31" long. It has string and spring inside with plastic clips on the ends. I'll looking to purchase 20 of these. Please help. Thanks

Here's what I got: -- Metal part is 30 & 1/2" in length -- Non-tilt window -- Balance width is 1/2" -- Slider top fitting has plastic tab that hooks onto frame metal tab which to grabs and hold "balance slider" in the frame track when metal frame tab is open. Hello. I hope you can help with this I believe this is from the series 395 Chanel balance. The number stamp in the balance is 3020. Also will need that top guide the part that goes attached to the window sash to retain the balance.

They are identified as BSI 30 3031 inches long metal end to end. Looks like your 351 product? Or 390 or 395?

Hello, I need four replacement channel balances. Length of the aluminum piece is 30 15/16", not counting the plastic end pieces. Please let me know if you need any more info. Thanks! Brad

Hello. I am trying to find the right replacement for this. The balance is for a non-tilting window. It measures 31" length x 1/2" width. It appears to have "3CG" etched on the balance. Please let me know if there is anything else needed to help identify this. Thank you!
