S390-31 31" Series 390 Channel Balance

I need to order 2 different types of channel balances: Type 1: 31 inches long Numbers: 3020 AC "B.S.I." Type 2: 35 inches long Numbers: 3430 "B.S.I." 3030 number on channel. Spring is 15" 1/4 including hooks on ends. Channel is 32" including plastic clips. Windows installed in 1999.

The balancers I need have the numbers: 1530 (need 6) And 3030 (need 2)

Hi! I'm so glad I found your site. My windows are hard to move now (non tilt, one sash), after about 20 yrs. It seems the springs are pulling against me and need replacing. Does that sound right? Here are pics of the part I think needs replacing. It's 1/2" deep. The number 3040 is stamped ... (cont.)

31" - measured length. 1/2" wide Not sure which part series I need for sliding window( non-tilting). The stamp on the part says ( see pic above) - (03/8) Unique 30-c-30 Thanks for your help.

I removed a channel balance from one of my windows. It is a 31" long channel balance with a 3050 stamp. My channel balance does not have wings on the shoe or top guide. Does having wings on the balance make a difference or is this not an option for the replacement part? There are several differe ... (cont.)

I'm looking for a 31" channel balance with stamp 3065. I can't find that stamp option on your site, can you help point me in the right direction? The sash weight is 36LBS ... could I get away with using a 3060? Thanks!

The balancers I'm replacing have a 3020 stamp on it, but the windows seem heavier than the max 16 pound rating. Is it ok to safely go up to a 3030 or 3040? Thanks.

I am trying to find the proper channel balance to purchase for my non tilt windows. Attached are the images and of the measurements of the top and the shoe. The metal channel is 31" x 9/16" the manufacturing stamp is 30 ds BSI MC 32. Thank you. Christopher

This looks like a 390 series, but cannot tell what 3000 series to order. Stamp seeems to say 30C usb.

In this series I need balances for heavier sashes: 3040, 3050, 3060 ( that the maximum?) Metal length of balance is 31"

Only number on the part was "30"

These are 1/2 inch wide, and the only number marked on them is 3010A and 2810A
