I have several windows that will need spiral replacement. I believe the manufacturer is General Aluminum. House was built late 1990's. Window measures 35" x 60". Rod ID is 3/8" and 30" long. Hey guys, I am replacing the spirals on my windows with the Series 400 and the brackets are in bad shape and are not easy to remove. Hi, I have this spiral balance that measures 30" long and has a blue tip. Why type of replacement balance should I order?

I am a cabinet designer/maker and I need some way to retain a sliding raised panel to cover a flat screen TV when not in use in an entertainment cabinet. I think that would like to use a window channel balancer that will be easy to slide but have enough tension to keep the panel in any position. Ple ... (cont.)

My order is for (2) white tip, 30 inches, 400 series, 3/8 spiral balances. A balance tool for non tilt. I can't get the order page to accept the information that I need a white tip. I also need (4) EACH latches and keepers as shown in photos. Leonard
