The window is aluminum non-tilt and weighs 18.2 #. The balance is 3/8 and 29 15/16" with a tan/ brown bushings. Can you tell me how to find this past on your website, thanks, Josh

I am needing assistance with attaching the S400-30 balance pins on my GA window. I can tension the spiral balance ( 3-4 turns clockwise ) but I cannot get it to stay in its clip area. The window brand is GA. The spiral balance for the non tilt window is 30 in.long and 3/8 in. wide. There is no ball color on the bottom and I do not see any bracket. Can I order the red tip, balances and changing tool but is there a Bracket that I need? I didn't see any.
