S400-30 30" Series 400 Spiral Balance

I'm trying to replace the springs on an aluminum window. The plastic piece over the spring is 29-7/8" x 3/8". Thanks for any help. -Ryan

The spiral balance that I removed from a GA aluminum double pane window measures .380" diameter and is 30" in length. I have attached photos that show the color of the tip and another of the end attachment tab.

A few of the windows in my house have issues with opening/closing. For some, they are so difficult it's like a back-breaking workout, for at least one other the balances have just given up and dropped out.
