S500-17 17" Series 500 Spiral Balance

Good morning, I am looking for non-tilt spiral balances in two sizes. One is 17" for a 5lb window, the other is 21" for an 8lb window. I am looking for the closest style of bracket to my original, as that is what my windows are calling for.

I took this out of my kids' bathroom window. It is a small window that I expected to have a 3/8 balance in but found this instead. It is a 17" 5/8" Spiral Balance with a white tip. these are pretty old, the tube was plastic which cracked as removed them the tips seem tp be white, the sashes are wooden and non - tilt

Trying to locate a spiral balance for a up and down sliding keller aluminum type window. 17 inches in length. Diameter is about 9/16th (I see 5/8th inch online so maybe it should be counted as that 1/16th larger size). Has the bottom portion that serves as an anchor that is screwed to the bottom ... (cont.)

It is 9/16" wide by 17" tube with a 3" mounting strap. The window weighs about 9#s. The photo is on a scale in case I missed a measurement. It has a white tip. It is 5/8 and 17" long. The main question I have is I do not know what series I have. Also, I don't know the weight of my windowAlso the coil extends past the metal shaft by about 1 and a quarter. Don't know if that matters

I think this is called the bottom shoe? It's attached to the bottom of the spiral balance and slides up into the channel at the bottom of my window. If you have it, I'been looking right past it.
