Hello, I am hoping you can help me. I have a house and all the windows seems to have the spiral block. I measure it and it seems to be 17.5... but, I dont even see that in your website. I am attaching a couple pictures. they are old windows. please help Jose

Hey, I spoke with a guy earlier today and he said to send a pic of what I needed. These are the standard size thickness but will need to be 40lbs due to the window being high impact. It is single hung. I will need 3 pairs ( 6 balancers )

I know I need a S500-18 spiral balance with a red tip. I'm now wondering which bracket to use with it? The existing bracket is 3/8" wide and 3 1/2" long. I think the closest thing to it is the 17-012 bracket. Original balances are 70 to 80 years old. Glad I could find a supplier because there a ... (cont.)

I have installed,but window didn't appear to have clip to hold it. It seems like it just goes up the hole. Should I add the piece of hardware that goes under the sill or is there a clip that fis in the hole?

I need a spiral balance for my old wooden double hung sash windows. The pictured has a tube measuring 18" x 5/8" and is for an approximately 2'-0"w x 3'-0"h window.
