I need four 5/8", 23" white tip spiral balances. I didn't see these on your website. These are for a set of 36" wide by 48" tall double pane aluminum windows. I will also be ordering eight 5/8", 29' red tip spiral balances. Can I get bulk pricing?

Hello Swisco, Can you help us find the right clips for these windows? We have the balance rods and installation tool, but are having trouble finding the clip that locks in the balance rod on the underside of these builder grade windows. The sashes are not removeable. the tips on my spiral balances are white. the windows are from the 1950s I am guessing series 400 spiral balances but not sure of what tip color to buy.

Have two wooden sash windows with broken old spiral balances. Would like to replace. Windows have a routed channel 5/8" on both sides. Windows are 24" high approx. 8 lbs ea.

For a Spiral Balance of 23" - 5/8 - series 500 for Non-Tilt window .. What do think of using Bracket #32 Product Code: 17-012 Instead of both Bracket 17-009 And Spiral Balance Shoe 15-009 Would it work? If not, Why? Thank you,
