I need an additional spiral window balance for an old window. I am not sure which part to order from you.

window 1: 28" tube, 5/8" diameter (qty 2) window 2: 18" tube, 5/8" diameter (qty 2) All similiar pivot locks (qty 4)

I need to know what to buy to replace these spiral balances, thanks

Yes, it is by the weight of the window. Each balance has a chart on its product page, and the chart tells you what weight range is covered by which color. The red and blue ranges overlap a little, so it's not unheard-of to alternate the two colors.For peace of mind, you should know that if the windo ... (cont.)

The original balances are green tipped. You offer red, blue and black tips. If it's a tossup between two colors I would prefer to go to the more heavy duty. What would be the color tip replacements of your product? Thank you, Tony

Hi, our vinyl replacement windows no longer stay open when raised. They are double hung sash windows with top and bottom tilt. The tip beyond the rod is red and the rod measures 18 inches by 9/16 diameter. Thank you for your help!

Hey, I spoke with a guy earlier today and he said to send a pic of what I needed. These are the standard size thickness but will need to be 40lbs due to the window being high impact. It is single hung. I will need 3 pairs ( 6 balancers )
