I ordered 6 blue tip spiral balances, for my old Alcoa vinyl windows, to replace the old blue tip spiral balances. After replacing the 2 balances in 1 window, I charged the balances equally. No Question, Just wanted to take a minute to say thank you for having the balance tubes and the charging tool! We have lived in our house for 8 years and the windows never stayed open unless propped open. I just replaced 12 balances and the windows work great!

The length,(the best I can tell from measurement of the broken spiral balance)I need to replace is 28.5" Should I order a 28" or a 29" spiral length from Swisco? We look forward to your speedy reply.

We have already recd your tension tool. We would like to order a set of spring balances, I think the series 600, 29 inches, red nub.
