I have tried (unsuccessfully) to find something to use on this door so I'm able to actually open and close it! We're looking for pin caps for Evans Products Company bi-fold doors model B. Total height is 0.42", outer diameter is 0.37", and the rod is 0.30" diameter. I am replacing my bifold doors with new doors and the track that is currently there is larger than is compatible with the doors that I am going to install. I am looking for a pin cap like your 21-100 but the largest part measures 1 ". Can you find such a thing? If the cap is smaller than 1". I t won't stay in the track.

The pin is 5&7/8", cap has outside diameter 7/8", with the tip being 3/8"diameter, spring is 2&1/4", and clip fits over a 1/4" diameter pin. I am in need of 3 of the above described.

recently purchased your bifold door pin cap item 21-100, but discovered that although the outside dimensions of the cap lined up perfectly with the caps that needed to replaced, the original rods are larger - they are 5/16". Do you have another product that would be usable.

My metal bi fold doors I think have some worn parts. The one in bathroom get messed up occasionally and I have to put back on track. The spring is bent and the bottom plastic piece looks worn.
