S900-17 17" Series 900 Spiral Balance

The spiral tilt window balance is a 17 inch length and 3/8 diameter. I found them on your website as S900-17. So far so good. When I took a look at the pivot shoe, it looks as shown in the picture but very different from the recommended 15-045. The one in the window is 2.5 inches in length. Ple ... (cont.)

As per the photos, I am looking to replace both window balances on my window. The length is 17 inches, the width is 1/2 inch, and the weight of the balance is 5 oz. There are no identifying numbers or color tips.

I need to replace the image I attached-I measured this spiral balance to be 3/8 17 inch for a doulbe hung tilt window. Is this the only part I need to order?.
