Window weighs 17.4 pounds The round metal rod is 27 inches long The tube is 3/8 inches wide I need to order one of the correct size for a window.

The springs that have broken in my windows measure 3/8" with black tip and are 27 1/2" in length. I don't see a black tip spring in the 3/8 charts. The window weighs 17.4 lbs. Can you suggest the correct springs I should be ordering from you. Tip color and length.

I took my current balances off and they are on tilt in Windows. The size of balance is 3/8 width and 27" long. The current color is green but on your site there is only a red and White option.
