S900-34 34" Series 900 Spiral Balance

My balance is a 3/8" diameter tube and the tube is 33.5" long. They have a yellow plastic band on the tube. My windows are tilt and raise. I need 10 balances for 5 windows.

I can find no window manufacturer identification on a number of identical windows that the hardware failed on. The tilt latches and balance springs look similar to Swisco, but not exact to those currently listed.. Can you please help me identify parts Swisco has that will work? (Pictures attached) ... I have 30 yr old metal windows with spiral balances. A couple of them will open ok, but with such a loud sort of "sproing" spring sound that I don't open/close during the night for fear of waking neighbors. Hello, I have these old windows and would like to replace the balance mechanisms on the side but am having trouble finding the parts. Some of the windows won't stay open and some are just very difficult to open (feel stuck).

I think I need the Series 900 spiral balance. The tube on my existing balance is 33.75in. 3/8" diameter. Would that be the 34" Series 900? Window is a 30"x 69.25. Bottom sash weighs approximately 20lbs. Double hung tilt. Pics attached.

34" long plastic tube spiral balance 3/8" wide. Window sash is 36" x 36" double glazed aluminum frame. About 16 years old we think MI windows. We can't tell if the tip color is yellow or white that has been yellowed with age. We don't have a way to weigh the sash. Can you help us. Thanks Geoff ... (cont.)

I'm replacing a 34 inch x 3/8 inch tube on a 19.2 lb sash. What spiral balance should I purchase? I have a double pin on the bottom.

No brand name or parts number on my window spiral balance, it's cased in with white plastic tube or thin PCV tube (which is now cracking). The tube has 34" in length for all windows, while the bathroom window is 24". The diameter is around 3/8".
