S900-34 34" Series 900 Spiral Balance

I have 2 windows with spiral balances 1 34", 1 20" Both have yellow tips but you only offer yellow tips in the 34" The smaller window weighs 14lbs. Does it matter which tip (red or blue) I buy as a replacement?

My windows are 20 years old I am sure these windows are builder grade I need to replace these springs on several windows The only markings I see on window is at the latch It shows MW Thanks Jim

Can't tell what type of window. Balance tube is 34 inches. Single hung aluminum. Sash does not appear to be removable. Probably need about 34 units IF they are changeable with the sashes installed. (Concerned about how to install bottom if sash cannot be removed)

I purchased six S900-34" balances to replace my old 3/8" diameter x 34" long balances for tilt windows.Severa;l arrived dented . When I tried to install the others they broke when I shut the window. Here is a photo of the old balance compared to the new one you sent me.

The Balance is 34" - 3/8" and has CRB 1 NO Color

I have a spiral balancer that is larger than 3/8 but just shy of 1/2" I am assuming i would need to go with 3/8" however the tip is red and that is not one of your options if i select a 3/8" tube. also, my length is 34.25". do i go with 34" or 35" Thanks, Sam
