I am trying to find a replacement for the pivot shoe cam without having to replace the entire coil balance system on 2 window sashes. I would prefer not to cut the jambs or purchase the jamb spreaders but will do so if I need to.

This window has been a pain for me. The window did not stay up. I tried replacing the balance earlier this year by going to a local window store. Both, the bottom and top Have patent number 5353548 Stamped on them. The coil itself, Has either a nine or six Stamped on it.
