Both, the bottom and top Have patent number 5353548 Stamped on them. The coil itself, Has either a nine or six Stamped on it.

I am looking for a window pivot lock as seen in the pic. I searched your website and can't find one that matches. This is on a Reynolds window. When I attempt to pivot the window, the pivot bar bends and it pops out of the window pivot. Thanks!

I need to replace my window coil. The window is 21 lbs. The coil housing has the number 7 written on it and the coil currently installed is 1/2" wide. Which coil balance would I need to purchase in order to fix my window?

The coil balance spring on one side of the window separated from the pivot shoe. The Window was purchased from Homedepot about 9 years ago. It looks to be an American Craftsman 50 series window.
