Looking for a balance pivot for an unknown brand window. The pivot has the numbers 7 and 10 on it. One was damaged - Img 1503. Img 5012 is an undamaged balance. Broken window balancer. Looking for replacement parts

Looking for a replacement coil the spring broke off and I tossed the metal out but still have the plastic part in the window seal

Pat# 5.353.548 for one of the balances. Both window balances are broken. The single metal band is snapped in half on both sides.

No markings that I could find. Unable to locate any that appear completely enclosed like these. This is the right hand side. The left hand side has a crack in the white plastic housing and cracked piece is missing. Is what I'm looking at actually two parts with only the bottom 1/2 going up down ... (cont.)
