Hi, I am in Japan, and one of a window in my house have been very hard to open for a while. I removed coils which were broken. They seem to be Double coil balance (Series 210 Roller-Tilt Balance). Please check some photos I attached. I am thinking if they could exchange to1/2" Coil Double Suppor ... (cont.)

I need to replace my window coil. The window is 21 lbs. The coil housing has the number 7 written on it and the coil currently installed is 1/2" wide. Which coil balance would I need to purchase in order to fix my window?

Hoping you could let me know what the replacement parts numbers would be for this photo

The coil balance spring on one side of the window separated from the pivot shoe. The Window was purchased from Homedepot about 9 years ago. It looks to be an American Craftsman 50 series window. Looking for a balance pivot for an unknown brand window. The pivot has the numbers 7 and 10 on it. One was damaged - Img 1503. Img 5012 is an undamaged balance.
