I bought a few of these from you in the past.

silverline double hung windows i need the primary and secondary balancer and the balance foam plug. not sure if i need to replace the coil, they are still there. the sash weighs 10.8 pounds if i need new coils.

This spring broke into two parts. It fits Pat. 5,353,548 do I order a 7 spring?

Is the attached sufficient for you to identify correctly One is stamped #5, the other is #7

I need the balancer springs but I cannot figure out how to remove the balancer. Any advice would be welcome. Or do I open the plastic case and replace the springs without removing it from the window?

Please advise me of the name of this balance coil for our Gorelli window. Thank you in advance. Ellen

Hi, I need to replace this part on my window. The other side is rusted. I can't remove the rusted one yet because I can lturn it to lock the brake. What is this part needed? I need the pin also. Thank youMarshall

I need to replace the tandem coil springs in a Silverline 8500 series window. The coils are stamped as follows: 5DD and 5ED. I need to know what part numbers (your numbers) to replace them with and which coil goes in the pivot box and which goes in the tandem box. Thank you.

The window won't stay up. The window springs are broken on both sides

I did not remove the parts because they are located on upstairs widows and that would leave them exposed and open too dangerous, so I took pictures of the identical windows located down stairs.

can you help me find the part for this . it is a window part for a wincore window 5400 series

i have a double hung 3 pane vinyl window 25 5/8" x 19" and the coil assy looks broken.i hope the photos help

Hello, I believe we need a few balance number S-161-07. Is there a difference between left and right? I would like to order a few sets, so please let me know if I need to order individually or in pairs. Photo is attached.
