Hello,This is an American Craftsman brand double hung window. The sash balance for the lower sash on the right side (viewed from indoors) has broken. Can you identify the correct replacement for me? Is it advisable to change them in pairs?Thanks,Bob

Hi, I have Cardinal series 8501 windows in my home and the coil balances on one of the windows are broken. I attached images that will hopefully help determine what replacement coils are needed for my window. If you need any more details, please let me know. Thanks, Jeff

I need pivot bars for Jeldwin windows as shown above and also need pivot bars for Jeldwin Windows 15-087. 15 each

looks like I have a 15-087 coil pivot. I need the coil but will the series 161 housing and coil work with the pivot pin that fits 15-087 with the u type slot? Thought I'd ask

Hi! We have been working on our Gorrell windows to replace the pivot pins as well as add back perished seal. As we go around doing so, we are now finding a few that will need this piece replaced too. looking for window springs for American Craftsman series 9500 from about 2008 I'm not totally sure who took over the company, but I had heard that Anderson did, so that might help.
