looking for window springs for American Craftsman series 9500 from about 2008 I'm not totally sure who took over the company, but I had heard that Anderson did, so that might help.

It looks like the balance coils have snapped on both sides of my window and the shoe and housing for balance coil are the same and need to be replaced. I need assistance with parts and removal of "old" parts and installation of new. Thanks!

Hi, I have a double hung window doesn't open. this is the part I took it off. there is no marking execpt "PAT5,353,545" and high is 2 and 1/4" W is 1 and 1/4"depth is 9/16" Please let me know do you have a similiar parts to this item. Thanks, chuck

springs are broken. not sure of housing is broken, but they appear to be OK. What spring does this use? what complete assembly what replace this? I believe these are from American Heritage(HD) double hung.
