I am replacing pivot bars (26-040). I have a couple of pivot boxes where the old bar broke off and I can't get the piece out. My pivot box appears to be two separate pieces, the box and the spring. Are they one piece or does the pivot box separate from the spring? Any idea what box I need with th ... (cont.)

It looks like the balance coils have snapped on both sides of my window and the shoe and housing for balance coil are the same and need to be replaced. I need assistance with parts and removal of "old" parts and installation of new. Thanks!

Hi, I have a double hung window doesn't open. this is the part I took it off. there is no marking execpt "PAT5,353,545" and high is 2 and 1/4" W is 1 and 1/4"depth is 9/16" Please let me know do you have a similiar parts to this item. Thanks, chuck

springs are broken. not sure of housing is broken, but they appear to be OK. What spring does this use? what complete assembly what replace this? I believe these are from American Heritage(HD) double hung.

My windows will not stay up when opened, they simply slide back down. I suspect the parts in these pictures are what need to be replaced. Do you have these parts? Thank you

The existing spring in my roller/tilt assembly is 7/16" wide and approximately 39" long. It came out of a TRACO vinyl window. The existing track is only 9/16" deep and will not accommodate your replacement assembly with the 7/8" depth. Do you sell just the spring with the dimensions listed above? Th ... (cont.)

Need help identifying these parts. The sticker on the window appears to be from the manufacturer. I was unable to decipher what the sticker meant other than glass. Any help would be appreciated. Also there seems to be no notch in the balance track to remove the shoe. Thanks in advance. Brian Warnock ... (cont.)

This is 2 1/4" long by 1 1/4" wide by 1/2" deep. The coil is stamped CMC 408 35?. All the manufacturers markings on the windows are blank from fading. Thank you

This is a window balance. there is a 6 on top one and a 5 on the bottom. They are coil type balances

Please let me know price for above spring I need 2 springs one on each side
