My windows will not stay up when opened, they simply slide back down. I suspect the parts in these pictures are what need to be replaced. Do you have these parts? Thank you

The existing spring in my roller/tilt assembly is 7/16" wide and approximately 39" long. It came out of a TRACO vinyl window. The existing track is only 9/16" deep and will not accommodate your replacement assembly with the 7/8" depth. Do you sell just the spring with the dimensions listed above? Th ... (cont.)

Need help identifying these parts. The sticker on the window appears to be from the manufacturer. I was unable to decipher what the sticker meant other than glass. Any help would be appreciated. This is 2 1/4" long by 1 1/4" wide by 1/2" deep. The coil is stamped CMC 408 35?. All the manufacturers markings on the windows are blank from fading. Thank you

This is a window balance. there is a 6 on top one and a 5 on the bottom. They are coil type balances

This morning I opened a kitchen window and the left shoe pivot locked in the open position. I have removed the sash the shoe pivot appears to be broken. I'm not sure what this part is that snapped on one side of the top window. The window slides down when it shouldn't. Not sure if it can be fixed or if we need to replace (hopefully not) before our home inspection next week. If it can be fixed, can you point us in the right direction? Please help ... (cont.)

I have a 32 x 54 Gorell window I need the constant force balance system for - for one side only. It looks to be a single coil with the standard house / shoe for it and the metal clip to secure and hang the balance by.
