Both side sash or windows springs are broken

This morning I opened a kitchen window and the left shoe pivot locked in the open position. I have removed the sash the shoe pivot appears to be broken. Regardless, it will not move up or down from its current position. Please see the attached photos. I am assuming replacement is needed. Thanks in a ... (cont.)

I'm not sure what this part is that snapped on one side of the top window. The window slides down when it shouldn't. Not sure if it can be fixed or if we need to replace (hopefully not) before our home inspection next week. If it can be fixed, can you point us in the right direction? Please help ... (cont.)

I have a 32 x 54 Gorell window I need the constant force balance system for - for one side only. It looks to be a single coil with the standard house / shoe for it and the metal clip to secure and hang the balance by. The clip seems to be good, but I need the housing (shoe) and the coil to work for ... (cont.)

Window will not stay in place. No knowledge of this type of balancer. Would appreciate it if you know and have replacement parts . Thanks

These keep windows from falling when open

This is what came out of my window sash. Note the upper housing has a piece missing from it. Looks like the bottom is 4lb and the top is 5lb, there were numbers on the springs that did correspond with the casings. We have 6 windows out of 14 which don't stay open coils are broken . What is the problem ??? please let me know how to repair as we want to sell the house . Some have a number 8 on the plastic casing

Two pictures above include 'unbroken' left side and 'broken' right side.The window was getting difficult to open/close. I probably should have lubricated it. The bottom end broke off. Hi, I have a window that has the 2 springs broken on each side, I was able to pull the white housing out of the sash, I attached a picture with it. The window weighs 13.5 Lbs. Can you advice which balances I need to fix the window? Thank you. Cris

Vinyl tilt window pivot it has a 7 written in marker.
