The window doesn't stay up on its own

Both left and right coil balance broke on 2 windows. These are for Thermo Tite double hung vinyl windows. I also need a jam spreader to get the shoes out. I would like to order all 4.Thank youTodd

Need to replace both of the window tilt latches on my window and would love some help finding the part. the pin fits into that blue u shaped slot and the bracket the blue receiver is in helps lift and lower the window. the slot is 9/16ths inch wide.

I have a window that won't slide at all -- but it will tilt. I believe it's because one of my pivot lock shoes has sprung its spring: I can see a coil of hardware on top of it that seems to be aligned with the window frame in the working shoe. Photo 1 shows the broken housing of the coil balance. There is patent number 5.353.548 on the housing. The upper part of the housing is broken and hence the top coil is separated from the bottom one. The tongue of the coil has a print of "5EC". Does it mean its stamp number is #5?

Do you carry this type of coil balances?

Had a couple of broken coil balance springs 7 lb 35 inch. Was going to replace the coil housing pivots as well. Do you have any measurements of this? (Accent Windows) Mine look like they are 1 1/4" wide, 5/16" deep

Need sash guide spring blocks my coil springs broke

So my coil springs are broken. It appears this window had the tandem coil housing which must have come apart (no longer present). Hi, I'm trying to select the correct size sash carrier and coil balance for a double hung replacement vinyl window that is about 15 years old. The window panels are 36" x 18".
