I would like to know where can I get this balance. My window size 35.5 x 59.5.

Need the metal/steel piece Shown in the picture that stays on each side of the window which controls the window from going up and down. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I'm looking for a replacement coil balance assembly for a Traco Window. I've attached two photos; one of the damaged assembly and one of a working assembly. I'm guessing you'll likely need more information but this will start the inquiry. I look forward to your reply. Thank you.

How do I replace the white case in the track that coils attached to? Case is 4" tall and fits inside track with no visible cutouts to take piece out. looks like 2 pieces that coil attached to. You may have a video on this but I can't find one. What part # is this? Thank you

Hello, I need two parts for my window. The bar has 985 2-A. It's 2.5 inches long. The pivot lock shoe has a 7 on it. That is also 2.5 inches in length and about 1 inch wide. It's hard to measure without taking it out. Thank you

Hi! I'm looking for replacement parts for an H-LC25-48x77. Both windows will not stay up and slide down. I have attached a picture of the label from the window. I apparently need 2 coil balances and instructions on how to replace them.

I need to replace the coil balance. There is a seperate screw into the frame that acts as a stop, just above the slider. And then the anchor above it. I don't know how to get it out yet to locate any numbers.

I have a window that was purchased 15 years ago. I need to replace the tape balances. The manufacturer at the time was Optimum. They are no longer in business. The size of the balance shoe is 9/16 d x 1/14 wide and 1/12 high including tabs on top. The sash weight is 8lbs. The sash size is 18 .5 " hi ... (cont.)

The metal coil has broken on one window

Hi, Don't know the name But both sides have snapped. Bottom part has "Pat 5.353.548" on it. Top coil is 1/2 inch wide and has "4 50V (U?)" mark. Also need tilt latches Hope you pros can identify these parts? Thanks, Silvio

Photo attached of the shoe and metal band attached to it that either broke or snapped out of place. Need to either get the part and replace or tutorial on how to fix without new part if possible. Thank you. Mary

Looks like an aluminum ribbon. Was expecting a channel balancer and instead got a ribbon just in the channel???? Examined another window and no ribbon? Outside my expertise at this point.
