My window coil is broken and window keep fell down need help how to replace it and what type of part I need I saw your you tube channel it's helpful but my window does not have to take out the coil please help Plus

Two pictures above include 'unbroken' left side and 'broken' right side.The window was getting difficult to open/close. I probably should have lubricated it. The bottom end broke off. Hi, I have a window that has the 2 springs broken on each side, I was able to pull the white housing out of the sash, I attached a picture with it. The window weighs 13.5 Lbs. Can you advice which balances I need to fix the window? Thank you. Cris

Can you help me locate this part? This is a vinyl window made by Northeast Windows. I don't see a part that looks like this.on your website. It looks to be a double coil that broke on the outside.

I believe this is an Andersen window but can't find anything online to replace this pivot shoe. It has a number 8 on the side. Thank you

We need the part with the metal (balance?) and the one with the blue part (shoe?). Both have the number Pat 5,353,548. The metal measures 1/2 inch in width.

We have Gorrell windows purchased in 2006. One of the window springs uncoiled out of the casing. I believe I need to replace both the spring and the casing. I want to be sure I get the correct parts. This is from a home depot American Craftsman window by plygem. Other identifier is Silverline Windows 1200 Double Hung window.
