Pictures of broken coil balance from a Home Depot American Craftsman window, double hung. Window size 35 3/4 x 53 1/4. Weight of window 16 lbs. Can't make out the code printed on it, may be S Please advise for correct coil balance to purchase. Thanks, Doug

Hi, I need to replace a pair of coil balances/pivot shoes as shown in the pictures. spring is marked 730x. There is a hook where two spring is attached and is under constant tension . The number on these two balance is 6 and 5 on each side of window. I do not see a part # but I found a couple #'s on the broken springs. One shows a 5 the other shows a 6. I am looking for the entire part including the housing and tilt mechanism. Thanx for this site!

Window is 43: x 60" Looking to relpace broken spring

These windows were purchased from Home Depot in about 2012. Window balancer is stacked (refer to picture) each stacked balancer has a 6 printed on it the bottom balancer is longer than the top balancer. Balancer seems to be 2 1/16 wide about 3 7/8 tall.

I have included the pictures of the current window balance spring and shoe. I need both the left and right side replacement springs for this window. The spring number is 6JK, so 6 pound springs? Attached is the window size. Thank you, Kevin

Right side of window has a coil system. Window won't open unless I use tilting function, tip window out and then move it and replace tilting lock. Won't stay open on it's own sometimes and doesn't glide smoothly. Makes a cracking sound when I close it. Left side of window seems ok. ... (cont.)

Hello, I have several windows where that have problems with the hardware. 1) the 3" pins on the bottom of the sash have broken at the screw hole. 2) the metal slot that rotates has spread and broke.
