S180-06 6 lbs Series 180 Coil Balance

I have a single hung sash that will no longer stay up and I believe the Balance Coil has failed.

The blue cam on one of my coil balances broke. The middle tab in the cam broke off, so can't get it to lock/unlock on its own. I'm trying to find a replacement balance, or if it's even possible to just replace the cam, that'd work too. VinylKraft, the window manufacturer, says it's model R1025, but ... (cont.)

Hi, lower sash of my American craftsman window broke and it doesn't keep open any longer. I can open the window but it won't keep open with me putting something to hold it. Is there a way to fix it?

The window springs are 9/16" thick, 1 3/8" wide to fit the tracks. The corner latch wraps the side.

Coils have an 8R and 8L also missing retainer. Windows were purchased from a local manufacturer and installer named Kelly Windows.

I am trying to find a replacement for the pivot shoe cam without having to replace the entire coil balance system on 2 window sashes. I would prefer not to cut the jambs or purchase the jamb spreaders but will do so if I need to.

Stamped with 6' 39W. Both sides of coil springs broke. Both housings look fine.

Hi, My double hung window is not staying up. It looks like one of the coils may have snapped. I wanted to make sure I'm ordering correct replacement parts. The window sash weighs about 25 lbs.
