S180-06 6 lbs Series 180 Coil Balance

My balance springs broke on one side of my Traco window. See attached photo. It appears to have 3 sections of springs. The double hung tilt in window is large - overall dimension is 48

A counterbalance in one of our vinyl, tilt out windows broke recently. The dimensions of the balance are 2.5" tall, 3/4" wide and 1/5" deep. The spring, which broke, on the counterbalance has either a 6z or z9 ID on it. Do you have any idea if I may buy a replacement part. Thank you so much for ... (cont.)

My coil balance has a double coil. Patent number 5.353.548. The cam does not allow the sash to be lifted out. Best I can tell, two screws must be removed from the bottom of the sash to remove the pivot arm. Also is there any way to purchase new top and bottom rails for vinyl windows? The su ... (cont.)

Vinyl windows were made in Canada and now not available. Need help determining which window sash balance mechanism I need. Do you have any thoughts on how to repair the area the pivot bar screw to?

I have a kitchen replacement window were both coil sash supports are broken. It appears that the coil broke away. There are two parts. The pivot foot and further up the track a hook type part were the coil connects to. The part # that I was able to find is #5353548. Silver coil. Still trying to fiq ... (cont.)

The metal coil broke on both sides of the lower of a double hung window. I can figure out the part I need on your site (series 180, 6lb coil)but I can't see how to remove the bottom part of the mechanism (the rest of the coil encased in plastic) from the side channel of the frame.
