Some of the spring coil's have failed in the sash lifting modules . They appear to be modules (three on each side of the larger windows). All of the pivot pins have rusted out. How do u get both springs to hook on to the screw bracket that anchors them? The significant amount of tension in the coil springs appears to make that somewhat difficult? Please explain?
