S795-27 27" Series 795 Channel Balance

I need a replacement block and tackle for a tilt window. The rod is 27 inches long, 1/2" deep, and 1/2" wide, straight, and has "27G BSI" markings on it. I need two of these balances. I can't see the size of the shoe. Can you? How long will they take? I have heard just a couple of days but I have also heard more than a month.

On my tilt type vinyl window, there is a piece on each side that connects the rope to the spring. The spring is connected to the tilt lock guide shoe which connects to the window itself. on both sides, the spring-to-rope piece is broken where it would attach to the spring. i could send a photo but ... I need to match this balancer. it has a stamp of 26 5 on it, the actual channel is 27" though, crossbow style shoe. It has a metal clip on the top.

I have AWS windows that have a hook at the top of the balance. The window frame has a rectangular slot, not square. Hi I can't figure out what the new part is to order? I took of of the front window last year there is one for each side. The metal part is 27in long. There was a pulley in there with some string that broke originally, that's the reason I took out. Is there any way you can help me find the new parts ... (cont.)
