I need 12 of the 27" Series 795 Channel Balance S795-27B series. However, I need the top hook on it (15-198) so it is probably a special order. I have all the bottom shoes already (15-195). I have already purchased and replaced most of the bottom shoes in the home and they work great. While doing ... (cont.)

I have numerous balancers and shoes that need replaced. The channel balancers are for tilt windows with a plain channel. They measure 27" long and are stamped 27B. The shoes are stamped with the following patent number. 4810108.

both 27" balancers "pop out" from the top clip when i put the windows pins into the cams and try to lower the window.

Hello, I'm trying to determine the correct parts to replace the balancers. 3 of the 4 balancers are stuck at the top. I pulled on the tension / cord and I can see the top of the balancer appears to be screwed to the side of the frame. I don't see where the balancer will attach when they are down at ... (cont.)

Ideally I'd like to just replace the shoe. I included a picture of the balance so I could also get info on that in the event in need to replace the whole thing.

Can you help me in identifying the replacement materials for this balance? Thank you.

The balance rod pictures are from a 27 C model number and the rod is 27" in length. Refer to the pictures for each end that is needed

This is for two apartment complexes. One was built in 2006 and the other was built in 2008. They are tilt out windows. At least 50% of our windows will not stay up.
