S795-27 27" Series 795 Channel Balance

Hi, I am looking to order some replacement balancers in these two variations. I see there are codes 27B and 27C. The length is 27" + the clips and the width appears to be 1/2". Can you direct me on which replacement balancers to order?

I need to replace this part and need the accompanying shoe and the part at the top that hooks into the sash? On the outside is stamped 27B and then PR BSI. I see similar but not exact things on your website. Can you help me get the right parts?

I have this balancer and balancer shoe. Several have popped out of my windows and it appears it's the shoe that is broken on them (since it is a plastic piece). I need to know if I can purchase this shoe and if that will correct my problem? Also, does that shoe replacement come in a metal piece or o ... (cont.)

Need correct part number. The length of the balance is 27" without the shoe. It has a marking 27B.

Custom balance

I need several of these balances. The one on your website has a different type of connector at the top that attaches to the window jam. Don't know if this will work.

I have 6 of these that have broken off the windows. The only marking is 27B on the back. They are all the same size with the same type of swivel connection that attaches it to the window. The length is 27 inches on each, not including any plastic. Can these be replaced? If so, the cost for each on ... (cont.)

We need to add another rivet to this balancer for it to work for us. Is this something we can buy separately? Also, we need to purchase shoes for our balancers. We use the S795-27". Pictures are attached. Thank you
