I need help identifying these parts so I can order replacements

Looking for replacement part

I have 4 springs I need to replace. I think the balance spring looks closest to S795, except it has a hook at the top instead of a screw clip.To describe it more fully: The metal channel is stamped 27C, then a sideways B.S.I., then something that looks sort of like the letter P, only the verticle ... I'm needing to replace all of the window hardware. They have a 27" silver balance.

I'm trying to find out more about this window balance and where I can get it. This was in a vinyl window, I believe it is a tilt, and the stamp on the metal says 27D. Someone told me this might be a PlyGem window balance.

Not sure of what shoe/cam is needed. Window channel is 3/4".

I have some windows that need some combo of T-Lock Shoes, Channel Balances, and pivot bar. Some of my pivot bars rusted and broke off still stuck inside the T-Lock shoes. Hello. The metal bar that the window pivots on has rusted away. I was able to remove it and the one on the other side. I need to get replacement parts - either the bar and screw or the entire spring mechanism - so I can repair the window. Thanks!
