I need to replace several balances in my home. Most of the balances are labeled with "U B 26C". However, I found one labeled "09/29/04 Unique Balance 26C". I'm presuming that is the date of manufacturing. The balances measure: L: 27" W: ~9/16" The sash weight: 16.5 lb Please let me know if any add ... (cont.)

For tilt window, stamped c2745. Sash weight 25 lbns. Also, would like to replace the hardware part in the frame that connects to the pulley system, and attaches to the sash.

no numbers on the balances. They are held at the top with one screw. The bottom has the metal tab that slips into a slot. I need: 4-- 16 1/2", 6-- 20 1/2", 10-- 28 3/4", and 4--27". The house is a modular built in 2000.

Hi, I have a Kolbe & Kolbe window that needs new sash springs. It has a number on the back that reads 2650 bsi and its 27" long. Do you have a match for this? Thanks Dennis

Steve says this is a custom combo balance. The channel measures 27". The stamp on the side is - J 26 TG I don't have the exact weight of the sash. It is a large window. Is the TG stamp close enough? I need the series 770 balance with a 62-105 hook instead of that clip. I need 20 that are 27 inches long, stamp: 2630. The sash weighs about 45 pounds. About that.
