I think I need the bottom plastic piece (shoe?) that hooks the window to the spring pulley shown in image from a working window. Window is vinyl, tilt out, double hung. Do you have a suitable part? Thanks

Hello. I purchased 4 of your model 770 27C channel balances. They are not exactly the same as the broken ones I have. I chose the 27" length based on the measured length of my old ones. I have a series 770 Channel Balance I need to replace, but the stamp on it says 27A. It looks like you only sell 27B and above. Do you have a 27A or can I just use a 27B and hope it's doesn't pull the window up?

Hello, I am in need of a custom order balance, it looks like item code S770 but it has a hook on the end of the balance.

The casing is 27" long, 9/16" wide, and 1/2" deep. I hope the photos submitted are clear. I have searched and called all over and this series is discontinued of course.
