S770-27 27" Series 770 Balance

I don't know the brand of windows but they were place at the time of construction in 2007. One of the balance rails is shot and needs to be replaced. The number on the channel is 27E. What brand of window and what is the price of a replacement assembly?

I opened a window a few days ago and one of the balances popped out. I'd like to order a replacement but am not 100% sure what to order. I have attached pictures of the balance. It measures 27" long and has a plain channel that is 9/16" wide. The numbers on the channel show 26-5 with a TA and BS ... (cont.)

Hi,My balance spring assembly looks like your Series 770. It measures 28 inches using the picture you have for measuring it. The unit measures 28inches from end to end as in your picture. On the unit it has a number: 27D. Is this a 28 inch unit or a 27 inch unit based on the stamping?Thanks,Art ... (cont.)

Broken assembly, foot appears to be fine. Just want to make sure I get the correct replacement part. If they are sold in the Columbus, Ohio area I would like to know. Otherwise I?d like to order one.

27" channel balance 26HD needed. I don't think a ribbed channel balance e.g. S751-27 will work because the sash lock must project into the jamb liner and the ribbed channel would leave no room for the sash lock. I have several windows where the channel balances have failed. They all look the same except are different lengths. I need one 31HD, 6 27TG, and 2 27C. Is that enough to determine which channel balances I need?

I have a removed 28 inch window channel balance. It has a stamp on it 27B. It does NOT have shoes on either end. The bottom window tilts in to remove this channel balance.
