Hi, I've been having a lot of trouble tracking down the right replacement part for my window. I called Andersen they said it could be Renewal by Andersen. I called them they told me to call you. I don't know the model or year it was made all I can see is number on handle 60-c-7041-62 please help hope the picture helps Thanks . Carlos

the open has a solid 14" arm #7073B stamped on it. 4 teeth on each one are worn off. Does your #39-094 &39-095 reface it? also with the #39-286 handle? Will I have to build up any or move over the notch in the trim strip?

I need to find a part number to replace this unit.

Looking to repair or replace several crank mechanisms which are stripped. Home was built in 1949 and we believe the Andersen windows are original. There are two straight arms which use clips to attach to a track on the window. It looks very similar to parts 39-390 or 39-389.

This operator is from an Andersen window. Need the crank and whole component for Anderson window. Arms measure approx 9 inches out, then 3 3/4 inch arms and the one 13 inch arm that connects the arms.

Have 2001 vintage Andersen casements. 31 1/2 x 60 19 3/4 x 60 Operators and hinges are bad. Appear to be straight arm (windows are rusted shut).

I have an old awning window that needs a replacement for the crank opener. I removed the old one and was told at my local hardware/lumber store that the replacement would be $232 plus the handle. This is the crank for a casement window. The serial number on the crank is 60-C-7041-62. The splines on the inside of the crank are stripped but the splines on the corresponding part are good. The window will open when the splined part on the gear box are turned by hand.
