Hello, I have windows 44 inches wide and 31 inches tall. It swings open 14.5 inches on the present system. the track is about 3 feet wide, and the window is at 34 inches when closed. the arms are 16 inches each, and clip onto the track. obviously, I may have to buy a new track if you don't hav ... Hi. I'm hoping to replace the operator kits on my 1964 Anderson windows. The arm is 15 inches. Product Code 39-389 looks right but is for a later window. Please see attached photos.

Do you have a window operator like the attached?

The operator I have looks a lot like your 39-348. The mounting holes are different. The casting has the name Standard Thompson and the ends of the arms have metal "buttons" that ride in the channel. The distance between the buttons is 34 3/4".

I see that your part Product Code: 39-286 replaces these old cranks that is great. Do you also have a crank that will fit this spline that has a handle that folds down so that it does not stick out as far as the original handle (ABOUT TWO INCHES).

Looking for a guide bar to fit the shoes on the dual arm operator. The old bar was 26.5". Wondering if I can get by with something smaller?

Im changing from the track model(0333808) to your 39-390 with the rod. How does the rod attach? Are there special brackets needed. Im swapping out quit a few so I want to make sure I have every thing I need in one order.
