S380-34 34" Series 380 Channel Balance

Hello, I need to replace the window balances in a customer window. Attached are some pics. What is throwing me off is the fact that the length of the balance is 34" but the part number starts with a 33. Thanks, Chris

I have the balance out but cant seem to identify what sizing or weight rating it is and i need to know so i dont order the wrong parts

Need some new balances,I think these are S380-34??

Hi. I'm trying to replace channel balances of two different sizes.One of them is stamped '33 4 B.S.I.' and the other one is '27 4 B.S.I.'The balance shoes look like S380.Please, help me find the right parts.Keith

The balancers have the number 3330 written on the side, and the letters "LM" with now other markings. I measured the metal-to-metal length to be 34". I need the part to order for 5 sets of Balance Springs. The Metal Channel measures 34" as shown in the picture. Both Ends have wings on them.
