S380-34 34" Series 380 Channel Balance

I'm doing maintenance on all my windows, have @6-8 windows with balance repairs needs. I'm starting with this 34" channel as it has multiple failures and needs replacement, please confirm the correct part, thanks. part markings are 33 3 BSI, but measures at 34" not including attachments. ... Metal is 30inches not sure of the stamp/sash weight. Winged on both ends.

I have 6 windows that all look a like. Most weight 28-29 pounds. One weights 37.5. The heavier one will not stay open. I checked the balances and they are good and so are the cams. Need 4 channels for 2 windows plus the little screw on pieces in the upper left and right of the frame. Believe it's a s37134 channel is 34 inch. Just the metal part let me know if this sounds correct, if you have them and how much$. Thanks

I bought eight channel balances on order 2068263. I bought this house new, 20 years ago, and haven't done anything with the windows until now. I started this project because one window started creeping up when I closed it. I'd close the window, then the sash would creep back up about an inch or so ... (cont.)

second owner of a 33 year old house. windows appear to be in good shape except balancers appear missing or perhaps broken? windows don't slide well, can't close properly. removed one window balancer and it has code 33C Z. My home has older windows by a company by the name of custom windows systems. I need to replace window balances. they are metal windows 1/2 " winged many are the same size . # on balance is ( 33 5 BSI ).length is 34". all plastic parts at each end are permanently attached.
