I need the part to order for 5 sets of Balance Springs. The Metal Channel measures 34" as shown in the picture. Both Ends have wings on them.

I am looking for replacments for 4 differnent parts. All have the same type fittings. I have included photos of the side and underside views of the bottom and top nylon fittings Part #1. I need to get 2 of these. Length is 34" and width is 1/2". Can't find any stamp or marking, so hope the pictures will help. Window is broken so I could not take pictures of it installed. Thanks!

The tube is stamped 33 4 caldwell and the actual tube is 34" I think I need 15-005 shoe 19-002 top guide and 62-105 pointed hook I need 4 pieces - 2left 2right
