15-180 Coil Balance Shoe

Our window spring coils broke on one side of our window. Unfortunately, I cannot find the name of the window. Photographs of the parts are included. It is both upper and lower coils. I was hoping you had a parts kit. Thank you.

1 window either too loose to drop & fall and another too tight to open up. Windows installed in 2001.

I need help to find these parts.

I need this part both left and right side to fix back hung window. The bottom part of the plastic piece that attaches to the coiled metal is broken which would cradle the window post to hold it in place.

As you can see in the top center of the white piece, it is cracked and that is what needs to be replaced. The coils are in excellent condition. Can you advise on what to order.

Hi im trying to identified this piece because it broke and my window wont stay up not sure what is the right coil for it and piece all i see is the letter E on the plastic part and the number 7 on the coil

They dry rotted and now do not hold window up. We would need 4.

Hi, I'm looking for a replacement for the coil balance in the photo. It doesn't have any markings on it that I can see. It is 1/2 inch wide and the window itself (the half that moves up) is 17 1/2 inches tall. Hopefully, that'll give you an idea of the length of the coil. There are two identical ase ... (cont.)

It's a part of the window. ( upper window). Installed on the siding of the window frame

I have two windows where the upper sashes have damaged balance springs

The coil spring broke on the tilt out window balance. There is a number 3 printed on the back so I assume that's for a 3 pound spring

This window 25 years old. Will I need 2 springs for each side of the window? Where I can see video for installation?

It appears the bottom part of this plastic thing broke, thus not letting the window stay up. It is a double pane window. (Upper and lower) Top of window has sticker reflecting 1650. Thanks for your help.
