I have a damaged sash spring apparatus that no longer will grab the pivot bar of the window. Im looking to replace it. I dont have the brand name of the window, but did have the majority of a sticker on one window still attached/legible that has the manufactirer code and presumably a window model. ... (cont.)

I am needing to repair a bunch of windows that do not stay up. This is the part that slides into the side of the window frame. There is one on each side. The pin piece is Alison broken.

The Coil /band is stamped 832, 1/2" diameter, window weighs 20lbs.

This is the spring balance. As you can see the housing is broken. I need help finding this part.

My window does not stay up...keeps sliding down. I saw the broken parts and coils. I think I would need the sets of coil balance accessories. I found the letter saying "Duraseal" on the window seal but not sure if it is related to the parts. Could you be able to help me to identify the parts? Thanks ... (cont.)

This is a 23 year old single hung builder unit likely Champion or similar. Window is 32x48 and I think 15-186, 15-180, S190-540 look right but no sure. Please help

I just submitted a request to help I dentify a part, then I found this page on your web site that enables me to upload pictures. Sorry for the duplicate request. Have MI Windows manufactured on 2/9/2006. The coil spring is 1/2" wide, and the bottom window that it is attached to measures 35"H x 33.7 ... (cont.)

Also need the brass pivot rod that attaches to window and inserts into spring assembly. Not sure if I should replace the entire assembly or just the spring. Thanks!!

So the plastic part on the bottom broke. If someone could help me identify that part so I could fix the window would be greatly appreciated.

To whom it may concern, I need a two replacement coil balances for a window. Both of the coils have broken. I think one had broken at a previous time and the second one broke recently. The window is located in a bathroom so it is a much smaller size. The only markings on the coil are 64C which is ... (cont.)
