For one window, the number 640 is stamped into the coil near where it attaches to the pivot. The other window has the number 740. The coils are screwed to the pivots so I think I can just replace the coils and re-use everything else. I need both springs for each window

I need to replace the coil on both sides of a single hung window. Both coils are broken. Window sash weighs about 13 lbs and is 23.5 inches high. Probably just need coil replacements. Coil is 1/2 inch wide. Looks like Series 175 silver. Shown in the picture are the bottom shoes and the broken parts ... (cont.)

i need help locating replacements, there is no visible marking, I can send a photo.

Several single hung windows (16 years old) cannot stay open because the window shoes are broken. Would you help me identify the brand and model of the window shoes? Thus I would be able to order and replace the broken ones. Thanks a lot!

Hello could you tell me the coil balance necessary for each window. All four are broken.

It looks like a retaining clip of some kind, on the primary spring cartridge.

I need matching recoil mechanism for broken one that has the number 6 on it.

I had replacement windows installed years ago. They tilt inward so they can be cleaned. I don't have the make, model etc. The attached picture shows the part that is broken on two windows. Hello, I'm not sure what you'd call this but it's the part that controls the window from sliding down and keeps it at a desired level. Has a strap that connected to the bottom go the window pane.
