Attn-Swissco,I need to replace 2 window balances in my single MI bathroom window that is 21 inches in width and approx. 17 1/2 inches in height for the lower window. Window will not stay opened

Thank you for this service! Home built in 1978. Two windows do not stay open and I believe it is due to snapped ribbons. One window measures 29.5 in x 20 in. The other is 21.5 in x 17.5 in. I need to replace the balance hardware for my windows but cannot provide the brand or part numbers any longer as the store went out of business years ago. I was not able to find parts that looked like the ones in my window.

I am looking for the vinyl window part shown in the attached pictures. The only markings I see is the letter "E". Thank you.

For one window, the number 640 is stamped into the coil near where it attaches to the pivot. The other window has the number 740. The coils are screwed to the pivots so I think I can just replace the coils and re-use everything else. I need both springs for each window

I need to replace the coil on both sides of a single hung window. Both coils are broken. Window sash weighs about 13 lbs and is 23.5 inches high. Probably just need coil replacements. Coil is 1/2 inch wide. Looks like Series 175 silver. Shown in the picture are the bottom shoes and the broken parts ... (cont.)

Several single hung windows (16 years old) cannot stay open because the window shoes are broken. Would you help me identify the brand and model of the window shoes? Thus I would be able to order and replace the broken ones. Thanks a lot!
