Looking for this pivot shoe. The 15-180 looks exactly the same to what I need but the dimensions do not add up. The pic on ur site shows the one dimension as 1 3/16 measuring the top of the shoe but the sides are wider in the mid section of the shoe. But my shoe is closer to 1 1/4. ... (cont.)

Two of our windows are not holding up. The windows and parts do not have any markings on them. The two pictures are of the side that appears broken. We were able to identify that these parts may be the problem after viewing the video on your site.

I replaced the glass in this sash and now it won't stay open. I don't know what the difference is, but it now weighs 6 lbs. more. Original weighed 20 lbs.. This now weighs 26.4 lbs.. Hello, I need to replace a 15-180 coil balance shoe on my dual tilt window, but there is also an issue with one of the coil balance springs and I'm hoping with help of the pictures you can tell me what part #'s I need to replace to make this window function again. Thank you

I am replacing a quick tilt coil assembly existing coil balanced attaches to window channel with a Philips head screw, I don't see that mounting screw on the S140-10. Is it under a cover ? my window is 20 years old cant even see who manufactured them. Are the channels all a stadard size ? Trying t ... (cont.)

Window Balance is 1.25" wide, 2" long (excluding the coil. Screw in coil is 1/2" wide and 9 pounds.

Hello. I ordered and received 15-182 Balance Bushing, 15-186 Coil Balance Clip, and 15-180 Coil Balance Shoe. Have a MI double hung window I need parts for top sash,springs hold sash up

I am looking for this type of balance for a single hung tilt window. The only marking I can find is a symbol that looks like "B" and 932 stamped on the coil spring and a number 3 printed on the inside of the slot.

I have a window that needs all four coil balances replaced. The label in the window says MI Windows & Doors 26252044.3 BMDH3 That is the only markings I am finding. The metal coil itself appears to maybe have a "9" stamped in it?

I moved into a condo that has Silverline single tilt windows. Some of the seals were broken and those windows have been replaced.
