Hello could you tell me the coil balance necessary for each window. All four are broken.

It looks like a retaining clip of some kind, on the primary spring cartridge.

I need matching recoil mechanism for broken one that has the number 6 on it.

I had replacement windows installed years ago. They tilt inward so they can be cleaned. I don't have the make, model etc. The attached picture shows the part that is broken on two windows. Hello, I'm not sure what you'd call this but it's the part that controls the window from sliding down and keeps it at a desired level. Has a strap that connected to the bottom go the window pane. Looking for this pivot shoe. The 15-180 looks exactly the same to what I need but the dimensions do not add up. The pic on ur site shows the one dimension as 1 3/16 measuring the top of the shoe but the sides are wider in the mid section of the shoe. But my shoe is closer to 1 1/4. ... (cont.)

Two of our windows are not holding up. The windows and parts do not have any markings on them. The two pictures are of the side that appears broken. We were able to identify that these parts may be the problem after viewing the video on your site.
