15-180 Coil Balance Shoe

I know I need to order the 15-180 and the series 190 coil. My window weighs 20 pounds. Can you please tell me all the parts that I need to replace the entire mechanism for my window. It looks like it says 932 on the one that is broken. It appears to be all one piece when I took the one out that wasn't brokenThe coil is 1/2 inch

The coil spring in the window on both sides has broke, the window will not stay up; the weight of the window is 17 pounds, unfortunately we do not know the name or make of window. It is a single hung, window is installed around 1996, no visible markings or make on the window.

Need several balances. No identification noted on existing hardware.

I purchased double coil springs (#8) along with a coil balance shoe as I believed my original coil springs failed. I did not replace the support clip or balance bushings. I installed the double springs and shoe with the original support clip and bushings. I cannot get the pivot shoe to "lock" in pla ... (cont.)

Looking for a possible replacement Coil Balance for the one shown. Dimensions are approx. 1.25" X 9/16" "4" is imprinted in each coil. I have several of these exact same windows in my home, with several broken pivot shoes. Is there a way to identify the part I need so I can order replacements for all of the other windows in my home? One of the metal locking cams is missing preventing lower sash from staying up when raised. The vinyl portion of the assembly with the spring balance is in tact with only the metal locking cam missing on one side. Need only the metal locking cam.

I am looking for the piece with the round end, where the window pain sits in. Is it available or do I need to buy a new balance. This is on the left side of a single hung tilt out window.
